Can't accept game settings in multi

I can connect to the multuplayer server just fine...but each time I enter a game, I will click on "accept game settings" and it won't stick!!!. DOes this have to do with my connection or is it just a bug that hasn't been fixed yet?

It is most likely a bug, there has been many issuies with multi-player since the game has come out. Make sure you have patch 1.0 and 1.2 installed.
