Mon Calamari Cruiser not available

I'm tech 4, and I have control planet Mon Calamari but I don't see the option to build it. Please help. Thank you. :)

If you're playing the campaign it will not be available till you complete a certain mission (like all new technology). The other posibility is that you haven't stolen it with R2 and 3PO yet.
