What, are you lost or something?
Fight Darth Sion in the main atrium after going to the interrogation room and sparring chamber. You can't kill him, but stay alive and kick his butt long enough, and you'll get the cutscene. After, you'll be deposited back outside.

also, when you find mrs lonna vash, go to the console next to her (after looting her and getting her datapad.) this will unlock the front door, triggering your fight with sion.
