Try EscapedTurkey.com (http://www.escapedturkey.com) they offer hosting at reasonable prices (gee, don't I sound like a commercial?). Seriously though they are a hosting server, and there are others, but they are the ones that host Meatgrinder, and they have treated us right, so would probably work for you. ;)
