Jedi Knight Jedi Academy: freezing

My game keeps on freezing. I think that I might have a virus or something, because to the extent of my knowledge my system meets all of the requirements. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Did you apply the 1.01 patch?

Update your drivers, and patch it like Tinny said. Of course you don't have an illegal copy of the game... do you? That could also explain your problem.
