I use a program called Fraps to grap the frames I need from the DVD, then I use a program called Animation Shop 3 (comes with Paint Shop Pro 7) to resize the animation and turn it into a Gif...

nice - which proggie(s) did you use ? I'd probaby have used windvd(for the quick-clip capture from dvd) and gif movie gear to refine the gif, but there are many proggies available to achieve the same results :)

He meant they lag a bit, I agree.

Well it's either that or they're 2MB a piece, and Photobucket can't handle that...I had to cut back on frames to get it to a reasonable size...

Hey I downloaded Fraps and I have no idea how to use it lol. Suggest a program a little more easyer?

Fraps is very easy, but you can't create gifs with it...You use it to grab a part of a movie you want to use...Go to www.fraps.com and it'll tell you what you can do with it...

You need another program to create your Gifs, like Animation Shop 3

Well I made a video from Fraps but I don't like how it was choppy, and how it had Fraps on each clip. Is there any other Video capture programs I can use?
