What script do I use to do this?

Hey everybody I was wondering what script would I use to check if a party member is in my group, and if they aren't I want it to send a message to pc and if they are I want it to start a dialog. Would that even be possible? If somebody could give me the code to do something like that or tell me if it is possible or not I would really appreciate it, Thanks!:D

To check if a party member is in your group, insert c_con_whatever the party member's tag is into the conditional.
