RAR?

Most of the mods I download work out okay, but some of them (the hidden compartments and the new Force powers, for example) are downloaded as .rar files. What are they, and how do I get them to work as directed?

WinRAR (http://www.rarlab.com/), a more efficient form of file compression. You'll need to download the program for the files to be accessible. WinRAR is also useful because it unpacks zip files and 7zip files.
