I know this is strange. But can someone make a mod where any fraction can produce units of killer penguins??
I know this is a weird request. I would like to install this in my friend's computer and see his reactions... He likes penguins.
I guess it would only be reasonable if you only do it on colder, non-desert planets... but either way its nice and fine.
