i have a serious problem!!!

I cant see planets in my EaW.all i see is big round coloured balls.yellow red brown...what can i do to see them.plz someone help.ive tried uninstalling but that didnt work.tried patches but nothing.

Perhaps can you take a screenshot of what exactly you're seeing? I don't exactly understand what you mean.
