News for nerds...

Imagine an electrically conductive material that can warp and stretch like a rubber band but immediately snap back without any damage. Such technology could pave the way for sensitive synthetic skin, wearable electronics, malleable microphones, and even new pacemakers that beat and flex with the heart.

that's amazing news....and is hardly nerdy as it has so many *real world* applications. I work in rehabilitation, and the potential for this to advance cardiac prostheses, not to mention aid those suffering with amputations, spinal cord injuries is amazing :)

Maybe nintendo can also use it to make a controller that you wear !! The wiimote bodysuite edition !! That would be awesome :)
