The only link I have found is the one below, and it doesn't work for me.

http://www.pcgamemods.com/mod/11335.html

(it seems as though the entire "pcgamemods.com" website/database is down)

I have searched for it, but I can't find it anywhere. Anyone know where I can download it?

PCGameMods has been experiencing constant database problems for many months now. You can still access the files there through, fortunately, if you know the direct URL to them. You should be able to get the Replacer tool from here (http://ds1.pcgamemods.com/core/11335/Replacerv10.zip).

This was so, hard to find, there was no Cached page i could find, so i had to type in hundreds of different combinations for the file name, here you go Taina's Replacer Tool (http://ds1.pcgamemods.com/core/11335/Replacerv10.zip)

Enjoy!

EDIT: Meh.... Stoffe has beaten me to it. :headbump

Many thanks to both of you. I would have never found it. I can't wait to finally be able to edit the models succesfully (well, hopefully)

Wait, so is the Replacer only for KOTOR2? cause i am changing a KOTOR1 model...And i tried to followed the tutorial that came with Taina's, but I never know what slections to make when importing and exporting things, like with a head model if i am supposed to extract the animations or something. Is there an extensive tutorial for new people to modelling heads in particular, or if someone who is experienced with making minor vertex changes on head models in KOTOR1, would they be kind enough to give step by step instructions?

Sorry for my lack of knowledge when it comes to this stuff.

EDIT: I got it working. And thanks for all the help, I would have been very lost without it.
