Jorran Missing in K2 ( Spoilers)

I let Jorran live in the Enclave and he ran back to the Salvager camp, but when I
go there to see him to get the moisture vaporater things he's not there. Has this happened to anybody else?

Nope, I'm on Xbox. Didn't try to redo it because it wasn't a very important quest.
