Hello There.
I haven't posted in a while, but anyway... to the questions.
Here goes nothing.
1) How do I change the recharge time for the Orbital Bombardment? (Which Files, etc.)
2) Where is the file in Config.meg where you can add ships (i.e like the Executor) to Skirmish mode?
