POTC 3 Question....

Alright, so I was looking over the IMDB page for Pirates of the Caribbean III and was going down the list of actors when I came across something that confused me.

Here we have Tom Hollander (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0390903/) as Lord Cutler Beckett and Jack Davenport (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0202603/) as Admiral James Norrington.
Now, they look very similar -- at least in my eyes -- and so now, due to lack of attention in watching PotC 2, I am wondering: which one asked Elizabeth Swan to marry him in PotC 1, and is that the same one who we meet again in PotC very ragged and dirtied-up? Does Lord Cutler Beckett even appear in PotC 2? Is he the one who stole Davy Jones' heart, or was that Norrington?

Norrington (Jack Davenport) asks Elizabeth to marry him in the first movie, and is very rugged and drunk in the second movie. Lord Cutler Beckett (Tom Hollander) is the one who arrests Elizabeth and Will at the beginning of the movie. Norrington steals the heart at the end and gives it to Beckett.

No, I believe that was Anita Pollinger, and then Linda Haines, but he divorced both of them.
