Help on " prison break " - campaign

well ,


when i finish the prison break level and when the victory appears , the game freezes. It gets stuck with a weird sound repetition.... i tried the same level with and without the game patch and same error.... what the hell is the problem ????

Ive never heard of anything like this before. Maybe your disc is damaged. All i can say.

i tried the same even with a no cd patch ..... still the same results
