View Full Version : Bao Dur Robe

I got this idea from Oldflash's Final Touch mod. He has a short sleeve version of Mira's mesh jacket so I was wondering if it would be possible to make a robe for Bao Dur where one sleeve was shorter for his electrical arm so that he would have a robe to wear in game. Does anyone know if this is possible and if it is then how do you make an outfit shortsleeved?

Actualy, unfortunately, it's not as simple as that. The Repulser arm that Bao-Dur has is actualy unique to the body models he has. For example of you were to look at Bao-Dur's armor models in a modeling program you would see that the arm is attached to that specific model.

So if it were to be done you would need to detach Bao-Dur's Repulser arm from his clothing model or any of his other models and attach it to the Robe model you want the arm to be on.

Basically, but like you sated it would be extremely hard especially considering that you may have to deal with the animations in the arm to get it sucessfully transferred.

When you compile/decompile Bao model through mdloops it loses the animation.

I don't think you can use MdlOps to import modified Bao-Dur body models since it does not handle particle emitters, which is used for the glowing force field of Bao-Durs mechanical arm.
