Discussion: When Is The Point Of No Return In TheFall Of The Old Jedis?
When Did TheJedi Get Truly Definitely Pwn3d? Where Nothing Can Be Done To Stop The Rise Of The Darkside?

Just wondering what everyone thinks.

When Mace shut out Anakin! if the jedi would have truly accepted Anakin and not treated him like an outsider there would of been no need for him to confide in Palpatine.

My opinion is "when yoda goes for his wookiee trip"

I mean, even if Mace Choose to Bring Anakin with him, the same thing may have happened. On the other hand, if Anakin is prevented from entering the final battle, Mace may have fallen instead. Now you get a darkside ex-jedi Master that is also the best warrior in the order. Remember, every one that is known to use his style is fallen to the dark side. (ok there is Vos, but he only knows one incomplete move, plus he is grey at best)

I mean from the beginning, not just circa ROTS, Mace has never trusted Skywalker. On the flip-side, you've got other masters telling him he's the chosen one, no wonder he was confused :)

truly what started th4e chain, is when qui gon was killed. he was after all anakins orginal master and he really liked him. no wait when his mom died. that did it all

Well, while I think there are masters better than ObiWan that would have trained Anakin better(like Tholme), I do think maybe Mace is responsable for the whole chain of event as well.
