I Have the mod... sorry it's the one that spawns a Scout that joins your party and replaces T3-M4 that you can train to be a Jedi and the Recruit Nichos mod

the 2 mods use around the same area and same incident to spawn.

Is it a Conflict to not find Nichos?

Does the mod that replaces T3-M4 edit the tatooine module, like is there a .mod file in the archive?

Did you install the mod with a save file after Tatooine, if so then this may be the problem as if you have already completed Tatooine usually the scripts for these sort of things fire off when you first visit the planet, thus revisiting it after installing the mod won't fire up the script needed. Restart the game and when you first get to Tatooine if the same things happen then it is i'm afraid a mod clash and so unless you know how to merge these mods to make them compatible you'll have to do the tedious thing of choosing which mod you'd prefer to have installed out of the two.
