I'd love to see Led Zeppelin in a concert, they're one of the forefathers of art!

I guess I'll have to settle for the DVD, but this is still great news.

@Fish.Stapler: If you go I want a bootleg.;)

I'd love to see Led Zeppelin in a concert, they're one of the forefathers of art!If this was 1977 and not 2007, I'd heartily agree. How do you replace John Bonham, though?

But for the record, I'd trade front row seats and an ounce of BC Hydro for nosebleed seats at another Black Sabbath reunion show. Their headlining gig at Ozzfest (1999? 2000?):

Best
Concert
Ever.

Isn't his son filling in for him? He plays drums in Foreigner, I think.

^^Oh, that's what I figured they'd do, but Bonzo was one of the all-time greats. Don't mix booze and downers, kids.

Oh, it'll be good, alright.

The Stones can still put on a good show, BTW.;)

Am I the only one here who doesn't care that much about them reuniting? Sure it'd be awesome seeing them now but they're in their 60s and I would have much rather have seen them in their prime instead of now. I'm sure it'll be an awesome show but seeing several old guys trying to rock it could be kind of humorous. Sort of like seeing the Rolling Stones or Aerosmith today. Sure it's a good show and great music but the site of old guys rocking it is humorous to me.

I dunno, I went to go see Crosby, Stills, Nash, and Young last November and they were all in their 50s and 60s and in my opinion they sounded better than they did back in the day. Sure they may not be as energetic performers, but they sound the same if not better and still put energy and life into their music.

I've seen so many old bands that are in their 50s/60s now.... Aerosmith (7 times), Stones (3 times), Queen + Paul Rodgers, Elton John, Billy Joel, Roger Waters, Stevie Nicks...

All are still so amazing. Age means absolutely NOTHING. However, time really has affected Plant's voice, so its not that good anymore.... I'd still love to be there, but not gonna die cause I missed it.

See, when it comes to Queen + Paul Rodgers, I'm not so sure.

Because in my opinion Freddie Mercury made Queen what it was, and it's just not the same without him on stage.

Awww... now I'm getting all sad again... :(

Nah you're not the only one, it's like the Eagles and their constant circuit of "reunion" tours. They are trying to cash in on what others have been doing....so it only makes sense. Though I personally could care less, Robert Plant can't even sing "stairway" anymore.

Queen, of course, will never be Queen without all four members, just as this wont really be Led Zeppelin.

But the name is used for marketing.... you wouldnt get as much vibe if the tour was under the act "Brian May + Roger Taylor + Paul Rodgers" or "Jimmy Page + Robert Plant + John Paul Jones".

But the Queen concert was beautiful, really. The whole show was pretty much a tribute to Freddie. You could feel him in the audience that night. He was there.

And for the record the Stones and Aerosmith have been touring constantly since they first started out as bands.

And they put on some of the most amazing shows ever

Gaaaaaaaaahh...Van Halen is playing here Dec 5. Full-page ad in the paper...Eddie Van Halen, Alex Van Halen, David Lee Roth, Wolfgang Van Halen...who Van Halen? No Michael Anthony, Roth's voice is shot (think back to "Me Wise Magic"), and Eddie's son is on the tour.

Man, getting old sucks...
