can some one walk me thoure how to make simple dialog and put it in a npc?

This tutorial (http://www.lucasforums.com/showthread.php?t=180845) describes how to create the .dlg file using DLGEditor.

You then set the Conversation field of the NPC's .utc file to the .dlg's filename (minus the ".dlg" extension).
