Party member alignment animations.

Sorry if this does not make sense but when you display a party member's alignment they have an animation. HK-47 looks from side to side and humans have there arms out. If I remember right the place you see your party member standing is an image....

Maybe try using the original HK-47 one?

Oh and have you tried looking in animations.2da?

there might be something in there that can help :)
