Okay i'm not sure if this is from seeing a bunch of people being paranoid or if it's serious. But somebody has to tell everyone else about serious conspiracies...
World War III. I might just happen. And i think i know how.
Russia, China, & the Middle East may just launch an attack on the U.S.A, along with soem other countries on their side that i haven't discovered. I heard a rumor from my friend about Russia planning an invasion of the United States. I thought he was paranoid at first but when i researched it on the internet, looking at like a hundred sites; the horrific idea of an invasion the united states started to sound not that far fetched.
Russia and china together have great power as a military force. why else would Russia supply Iran with Nuclear weapons?! If anyone reads the popular Science magazines they've probably heard about russias three new superweapons. One is an ICBM (Intercontinental Ballistic Missile) that is so fast that no U.S anti-missile defense can shoot it down, also because it's warhead can split into a dozen smaller missiles, all with heavy nuclear power packed into them. The second is an anti-satellite missile, specifically designed to destroy satellites, including U.S military satellites. the third is an anti-bomb shelter bomb. it is specially designed to cause much more damge in a radius than just the central poitn it hits, makign it 10 times more deadly that the average nuclear bomb. Due to this, it can penetrate bomb shelters because it's explosive force is designed to spread out. China is the technological partner with russia's military. Together the tqwo countries have great industrial power and are capble of creating massive amoutns of military vehicles and weapons. Russia's and china's military spending has remained unknown for about 10-15 years. pleanty of tiem to work on building an invasion force capable of taking the U.S. They most lieky could invade through Canada. Canada's military is very small, and they might just be militarily allied with Russia and China anyways. In a decade or two, Russia and China might just invade the U.S. Chin's technolgical expertise combined with Russia's massive resources might just be enough to overthrow the U.S. The problem is, despite the fact that military personnel and intellgence have mentioned this to the U.S governement, they have decied to do nothing about it. Yes, the United State's defenses are pretty good, but i bet that Russia and it's allies probalby already have the perfect plan. Also, russia possesses 30% of all the world's oil, which gives them a major economy boost. Due to hidden heavy investment in their military, Russia's medical funding and medical care is very bad right now too.

This might be a false alarm and it might not. i just thought is was important that i mentioned this.

Yep, sounds like paranoia to me. By the way, you make 'them', whoever they are sound like the bogeymen... 'Russia and its allies probably have the perfect plan'. I would like to think no goverment is astronomically stupid enough to try something like that.

eh, we'll see. I was just a little alarmed by this and i wanted to here what others thought about it

any governement with corrupt leaders vying for power would likely plan somethign liek that. russia invading the U.S isn't that far fetched, considering Russia's past histroy and the evidence of what's goign on now with all these new weapons and the hidden military funding

The United States has the ability to nuke the ENTIRE world about 5 times over. We have some 3000+ armed and ready nuclear weapons, along with some 10,000 in reserve. In the time it takes a Russian or Chinese nuclear missile to cross enough of the globe to hit the US we'd have fired back, and it would be the end of the world.

Not to mention it's nearly impossible to launch a ground invasion of the US, China would have to cross the pacific, and Russia would have to cross the Atlantic. In that time, even flying, which would take several hours, we'd be able to defend ourselves. Not to mention the destruction of the US would cause sever reprecussions for China's Economy, who imports most of their fruits and vegetables(largely from the US).

Russia is not anywhere close to having enough technology to knock out satellites. There are thousands, and thousands of satellites in orbit all doing different and multiple things. It would be incredibly hard to find which are USA brand, and which are others. But even if you somehow knocked out all the USA satellites, signals could still be broadcast through other satellites. So, you destroy all of them. Then Russia is just as blind as the rest of the world. That ends up nowhere but the entire world ticked off at Russia for knocking down most forms of communication.

Russia and China together do not have enough missiles, nuke or not, to knock out all United State's military bases. Also, our nukes are not at our bases: They are kept underground in silos, armed for use whenever needed with thousands in reserve.

And tell me, how do you plan to take over one of the coasts? This is the United States of America. We do the invading of small countries, not the other way around. Even if you somehow dodged all of the United States Navy, made it alive through the United States Air Force, and somehow pushed our Army out of the way, then you would be met with 200 million angry Americans. We Americans like guns, and almost every person has one in his or her house. You now face roughly 100 million armed soldiers who want you out of their damn country.

Unless you had every detail planned out, had an incredibly large military, and had huge amounts of funding and soldiers, occupation of even one United States city would last less then a week.

Also, think about how much China for 1 needs the United States. We buy practically everything they make, and if we cut ties to them then the entire country would probably collapse within itself. The United States Economy would take a heavy blow, and neither is good for either country. Russia has long since changed leadership and is fairly poor at the moment. They cannot afford a war against anybody even if they wanted to. The only reason Russia takes military action is that we Americans keep setting up military bases on their border and keep trying to make plans to aim millions of missiles at Russia until end of days. If anybody is going to make the first move, it will be America's overly paranoid opinion of the rest of the world.

Not everybody in the world wants to destroy America, and Russia and China have been our "allies" for years now.

yes, because we Americans will bow down to our new Chinese and Russian overlords and go right back to work.

Um, no, a foreign nation does not simply blow up your country's military bases without the population taking notice. People run the economy, without people to work jobs, nothing happens, and the economy dies, and China goes: "oh snap, we just invaded America, but now we're out of food."
