View Full Version : [TSL] The Phase II clone trooper armour replacement project.

So I have decided it was time for a decent clone trooper armour mod for TSL.
Decided to scratch build it all, starting with the basic Phase II helmet.
There's only some tiny tiny smoothing errors on the current helmet.
And I am UV-mapping the bastard right now and hope to plan starting on the texture tonight :).

I plan to make this a replacement pack for the republic troops in the game, the 'good' security personnel, and of course: The lovely mandalorians.
Featuring suitable replacements for all.
(Mandalorians = 41st Elite corps in their funky jungle camouflage, or just in their regular 9th assault corpse colours etc.. you get the point.)

Next up after the texture is done, would be either the entire armour, or some helmet variants.

Looks nice, I would love to see the clone troopers from republic commando, scorch maybe. How about a few variants, looks good, cant wait to see the rest.

A lot of tiny proportion errors have been fixed since those renders.

What do you plan to do for the officers?

I plan to implant a lot of the known armours of the Clone commanders in game, seeing there are officers in the game.. and they should be represented in a good way.

And I am making preparations atm to export a untextured (It has the UV map exported.. just no colours) ingame, should be up in the hour or so.
