I think you'd have a much easier time getting someone to help you if you could give some specifics as to the problem. "I don't know how to get it" really doesn't tell all that much.

hmm well I sent an Email to Shem and he said this "When you download a mod, what do you notice. You have to unzip it right? In
order to have a mod that you unzip to use, you need to zip it up for submission,
right? Put all the files except for the screenshot in a zip file, then upload
it to us."So now I need to know how to Zip and unzip I tried to with winzip and sent it but i'm waiting to have an email to see if it worked and so I want to be able to send it again and know how to do it if it doesn't work

It's a fairly simple matter. Right-click somewhere on your desktop, go to New, and select 'Compressed (zipped) Folder'. Open it up, and drag the files of your mod into it. You should also give it some sort of name beyond 'New Compressed (zipped) Folder'.
Also note that we won't put the mod up on the site if any screenshots are included in the .zip file. Please send those along separately.

I don't have that but I have some that says winrar zip do I put them In there?

You should have that, WinZip comes with Windows. If you don't I'd search Google for somewhere to download it, but your file can't be accepted if it isn't in .zip format. Not all our downloaders have WinRar installed.
