You can use HyperSnap-SX (http://www.hyperionics.com/index.html). You need to select 'Enable Special Capture (DirectX, Glide)' and tick 'DirectX/Direct3D Primary Surface' and 'DirectX Overlay e.g. DVD, Video' and then go tot he video and press Print Screen.

It should just capture a pic of the video. The only problem with using this method is that unless you register HyperSnap, you get a stamp in the corner

well when i tried running it it said it wont start because my machine has to many viruses.
