Welcome to the Kavar's Political Discussion Forum! With the upcoming US election, there is a great interest in discussing politics and the like even here at Kavar's, so we've created a forum just for that purpose. Some ground rules, though...

All of the SWK (http://www.lucasforums.com/showthread.php?t=169078) and Kavar's rules (http://www.lucasforums.com/showthread.php?t=175866) apply here as well, so please do follow them.
Please try to keep on-topic for the most part. I know that with this upcoming election, there are a lot of issue and most of them overlap, but please try to keep your scope as focused as possible.
With politics being one of the more polarizing topics of discussion, please do try and be respect of one another. Tensions can run high, especially about important, fundamental issues, but that does not mean we can't be civilized when we discuss it. Please do your best to be courteous to one another when posting here and remember that you should be addressing their words and ideas, not the posters themselves.

And in case you were wondering what's going to happen to this place when the election is over, my plan has been to gauge whether or not political discussion continues to merit a separate place in Kavar's. If politics is still a hot button issue even way past the election, then this place will stay open. If it isn't, this place will be closed down and the threads will be moved back to Kavar's.

Have fun debating!
