TSLP dialog.tlk editing

I'm confused.
Could someone explain how to set up the TSLPatcher to install a mod adding to/editing the dialog.tlk file?

Yah, I finally found it, but there's still a part I don't get about the tokens for the 2da:

and you will have to assign the "high ()" token to the forcefriendly or forcehostile column
I don't get exactly what the "high () token" is.
