Replacer Model Problem

As part of a WIP, I plan to re-use Kreia's clothes. However, I've ran into some problems (http://f.imagehost.org/0538/03-27-2009_KotORII.png).

Here's what I've tried for removing, while not deleting the polys (as per the Replacer's readme), the head:
A) Shrinking the head & such
B) De-linking the head & such
C) Shrinking the head_g

However, each time Kreia's head is still there. So, what am I not doing that her head still shows up? :confused:

Make sure that you use the vertexes to shrink the head and not just scale it. The problem you're having is very weird, looks like you've got two heads. If scaling doesn't work, then move the whole head (move all the vertexes) into her chest.
