Can some one make a tutorial using TSL voiceover and Lip-sync steps? I know TK made one, but that was made before TSL was even out. I can see there are differences.

Actually that tutorial still works for TSL also. The program mentioned in the readme with lipsync editor is the easiest and fastest way I've found to create new lipsyncs.

One small issue with the tool when you try to use it the "makephn.tcl" tries to associate itself with the wrong program. Just right click makephn.tcl and choose open with command prompt.

Where are the lips? I dont see them in Ktool.

Also can the files be in higher quality then said in Tk's tut?

The lips are in a folder lucasarts\swkotor2\lips they are <module name>_loc.mod, to extract them copy and past it into your modules folder from there you can extract them with ktool. you'll find them under erf\modules.

Yes the sound files can be of higher quality then listed. It just makes for a bigger file size.

Is it still possible to edit the lip-synch files CSLU creates to fix/tweak them?

The only thing the CSLU toolkit creates are .phn files wiich you import into the lipsync editor and create the .lip file. Then just edit it like any other lipsync.
