Is there anyway to toggle off the Player/Companions head, like how Kreia's hand is removed? I need a way to prevent clipping when wearing a certain piece of armor with integrated helmet.

Kreia's hand is removed via a model change.
As for your armor/helmet thing, you do know that you can't put in custom, completely new, modeled armors in KOTOR/TSL just yet? (there may be a secret cracked that will let you do so at a much later date, but its not now.) For now, you can just use your helmet, and use it with a clever reskin of an armor in game that resembles your armor.

Ah. Well, IIRC, you can give a uti item the property of a disguise. That means that as long as you can find Revan's armor in the uti file while picking your disguise, you will take on the appearance of JUST that model. Nothing but that model.

Thanks, I added my own entries to the 2DA file and it's working perfectly. I didn't realize disguise was an item property, it all makes perfect sense now.
