Appearance.2da editing ???

i am trying to make another mandalorian with a custom texture and i want to add it to the appearance.2da and then make it a disguise item

i went to the tutorials for 2da editing but they where like all for tsl

so if someone could explain to me or even better make a tutorial on it that would be great
