I can't find the loot!

Pegnose is in jail. Inspector has the nose. I can't follow to his Ozzies secret place or the loot. I have been stuck for hours. Please could somebody give me a hint/clue.

I can follow Ozzie when he runs but only so far!

I think you should go and visit the circus.

I have been to the circus but non of the artist will 'shake hands' because the guy at the counter can't be distracted and will not let me touch them.
I really, really appreciate your help.
