[K1] Republic Soldier/Scout/Scoundrel Armor

Alright I was trying to give myself some republic armor to wear because I thought it was strange for the PC to not have any (and for Carth as well). Well I used a Combat Suit and a Light Battle Armor as the blueprints and scripted and textured them out of the ignorance that the model wouldn't change. And I was depressed about how stupid I was and decided to search for some Republic Armor mods and found Canderis' PC Clothing mod from which I got this inspiration.

Anyways, enough storytelling and on to my mod I was going to talk about.

My mod is a simple reskinning of the combat suit, light battle armor, etc. with the republic soldier skins. I'm only at the beginning of this though and thought that it would be easy and quick to reskin and make a bunch of armors. Man was I wrong, I have a whole new appreciation to the modders now.

I'll put up screenshots tomorrow after I've gotten most of it done and see what you guys think.

RedRob's mod is for K1 and K2. He just submitted it in the K2 section because there isn't a section for both.;)

Ah. I didn't notice. but this is supposed to be just Republic Soldier skin, AND for combat suit AND light battle armour AND ect. so..... :xp:

That will change the defaut soldier clothing to use the actual republic soldier model and texture.

Ah darn it. It seems RedRob41 beat me to this. Well I guess it's a good thing I that I came back to look at this before I went any further. I guess I'll scrap the idea.
