And yes I reinstalled both KTool and .net 2.0, and my directories are correct.

Did you verify that KT is looking in the right folder for your K1/TSL installation? The chitin.key file is located in the main directory of your game folder.

He did. I was trying to help him earlier. He also has frameworks.
