Well I've been working on some stuff and I decided to make a WIP.

Well first I've been trying to reskin some heads in TSL to have Byakugan and Sharingan from Naruto.

Sharingan is fairly good:

I'm also working on force powers for them I got sharingan working but then I realized I had made the script for KotOR I arrgh...:firemad:

I think the eyes are too small to show the texture in the irus in game, I also think the game is to old for iruses with that ammount of detail to actually work. Consequently the posted pictures just looks frankly silly; with two charachters having glowing eyes for no reason. All you have done is put pupils over exsisting game .tga's; perhaps this is the old school modder in me, but thats not what I would clasiffy as a reskin, at best it's a "tweak".
