How does I myself do a power strength?

I would like to make with pleasure myself a power strength, however, no notion like me has this should do. And I would like to be able to use with pleasure the Patcher, however, no notion likewise has like.

Can one help me?

I think she's asking how can she make a new Force Power. But I can't help my self, i don't know ^^'

Yes I thought because I wanted to create your own Force Power but I do not know how to do this as I have problems with the patcher.

Can not help me then?
