Nave how do you talk to the parrots about going east,i can never do it.I've looked at the plague and the statue talked to the guy near it and the FAT dude but no i dosen't work.

Talk to the tourist about EVERYTHING, then use any dialogue available to talk to LaFeet until you get more info.
