With the 00's behind us, what is your favorite LucasArts game released between January 2000 and December 2009?

I didn't see Knights of the Old Republic in there until after I voted. Can I get my vote changed to that?

I don't see KotOR II, either. :carms:

I didn't see Knights of the Old Republic in there until after I voted. Can I get my vote changed to that?Changed!

Also I only wanted one game from each series (though I guess there are 2 Lego games), so I picked the most widely acclaimed one from each series, and didn't want a super long poll anyways.

I voted "other", as in KotOR 2.

Republic Commando made me feel like a bada$$ so I'll pick that...

I picked TFU. KOTOR was fun the first time I played it (sort of), but after that...well, the story had no surprises the first time through, much less the second time through, and turn-based combat is simply something I don't enjoy. Getting through the game after the first playthrough seemed roughly equivalent to pounding my head on my desk. Still, I pushed through all four alignment/gender combinations--when I was done, I wanted to throw the game out the window. Since then, I've gotten it out a couple more times and played through Dark Side/female a few more times. That desk didn't get any softer.

TFU, on the other hand, has replayability (at least, for me it does.) I got the game shortly after it came out, and I've played it a lot since then. Frankly, I've had a lot more fun with TFU than I've had with KOTOR.

KOTOR, although it was a difficult choice between that and Republic Commando.

But, I played KOTOR first, so that's the only reason I picked it.

Where's my KotOR 2? Remove that abhorrent succubus known as SoMI:SE and replace it with a game worthy enough to be included among the pantheon divinity, now!

I'm gonna have to go with Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast, Battlefront comes in as a close second -- with all It's faults I still like it. :p

Where is Jedi Academy? Although Jedi Outcast deserves my vote, I must vote Other.

I'm gonna have to go with Republic Commando. KotOR comes in close (very close) second but I could play RC for a few hours if someone didn't stop me.

I went with KOTOR though I will give TFU and Jedi Knight a tie for second. Kyle Katarn is one of my favorite characters and I love the idea of Vader and the Emperor using Vader's apprentice to draw out the rebels. It sounds exactly like something the Emperor would do.

KotOR has definately been the most fun I've had over a long period of time with any of these games. Battlefront 2 has deinately eaten up way more hours and I have a bazzilion amazing memories from it, but the majority are from either mods or primarily the people I played with, which I give LA no credit for. I played through the JK II campaign, thats about it, it was fairly eh in my opinion. Same with RC except I still play RC from time to time, although the reasoning for that has yet to be something other than Im bored of steam games and Im too lazy to put in an actual disk so Im going to play the game on my system that doesnt require a disk. Which isnt actually true, because I have sins of a solar empire and UT2k4 too. But if Im too impatient to put a disk in, Im definately not patient enough for sins. And UT2k4 gets boring when all you can do is play against bots that you either cut through without struggle or who headshot you before you've even spawned.

I had a close tie between Republic Commando and Battlefront, but I decided to go with RC. Had battlefront 2 been up there it would have easily been my choice!

Knights of the Old Republic hands down. It's what brought me here to LF so many moons ago. JO is choice #2 for me.

KotOR, thinking JK:O as a strong second. I am thrilled to see that many of you love Republic Commando - I have been debating installing it for a bit, so it sits with no love on my BOPC dvd. Guess I will give it a go!

KotOR, no contest!

Wow, KotOR is really owning all those other games. I would say A close one between Jedi Knight II mainly because of the cheat where you can cut limbs and stuff off. But KotOR takes the cake because of the storyline, I hate the turn based combat. (Who waits to get stabbed :) ) But not just that. Also how many unbelieveable mods that can make this game even better. So definitely KotOR.

Really? I hadn't noticed. The first ad decade was from 1-10. That means this decade is 2001-2010.

My favorites were KotOR, Jedi Outcast, and Republic Commando in that order. My main gripe about RC is that the DC-17 was ridiculously weak. >_>

Either Kotor or Republic Commando. But I picked RC because I really feeled like an elite commando and those one-liners always made me laugh:lol:

Jedi Academy, sorry I added the option for it and voted for it (maybe a new poll is in order, as others suggested). "Other" doesn't cut it, and otherwise I would have had to vote for Jedi Outcast if we're going for a "series" thing (because JA is a superior MP game, in my book, mods included).

I feel obligated to pick Jedi Academy, since that game easily was my most played LA game of all time (the multiplayer). Made some good friends in that that I still hang with today.
But its SP was pretty bad compared to the rest of the series. I'd pick KotOR if I was just going by story.

In terms of play time Jedi Academy beats all, played it at numerous LAN party's (that and COD I)

Despite that fact that JO was a better game, but I'm going only on play time terms here.

Heck I still play Jedi Academy with my friends, the single player sucked but the multi-player is nothing short of God like

KoTOR captivated my imagination for Star Wars in a way that no other game has since TIE Fighter.

I also enjoyed KOTOR 2, the Battlefronts, Jedi Outcast, Monkey Island, and SWG at times.

Jedi Academy was Fine, but I didn't care much for single player, and I thought the dark side path was silly. It seems the developer's idea of Jaden going to the Dark Side is YELLING EVERYTHING YOU SAY!

Blix

Well since it's a little a late to say Maniac Mansion I will go with Knights of the Old Republic (although I had a blast playing both of the Lego Star Wars games).
