Help with KotOR!

okay i am trying to run KotOR on my pc. i have windows vista 32 bit home basic, graphics card ATI Radeon 3450. Also i passed the hardware test by running it in xp service pack 2 compatibility, but got a warning on graphics for some reason.

my game installs fine, i tried running installation in compatibility mode for xp service pack 2, as well as running it as administrator, and then i ran the launcher, and the actual swkotor.exe file in compatiblity mode and as administrator. nothing worked. every single time i got this:

No, it's a DirectX, SecuROM and Miles Sound Studio thing, among others.
