Need help with Ultimate Insult

I've been trying to get help putting together the Ultimate Insult but the walk through on this site is incorrect. I can't get Tiny LeFeet to mention the bronze hat. I went back and looked at the statue. I talked to the tourist and said everything I could, but Tiny still won't mention the bronze hat.

Any ideas?

Okay, I figured out how to get the dialogue box up. But what do I do about finding the rock that has the hat under it? Is there someone who gives me directions somwhere for how to find it? Or do I just go and randomly check every rock? I only seem to be able to check 3 different rocks, all of which didn't have the hat.

And how do I get the parots to land on 2 different rocks on the same screen? They always land on the same rock on every screen, even though I try to walk toward other rocks.
