I have put the clock on the raft, but how do I know where to go?
What name should I look for on the retreival system at Deadeye Dave's?

First you must make some kind of perfume in an empty bottle.Then you'll have to spray it for a known person and get the NAME.And about the clock: It's use is attached to that NAME.
