Having problems with text not being highlighted

I have a Voodoo 2 card and have the latest drvers. I problem I have is that the Text
does not get highlighted so I can't tell which action I am preforming. Also in the F1 screen can't tell which line or text I am currently on becasue it is not highlighted. Hope I made sense. Please let me know if you need clarification

well for the options menu u can press the corresponding key for the choice u want, notice each word has a red letter which is the corresponding key. and i dont know if it works, but in indy and the fate of atlantis u could push the numeric keys for the text choices, try that, hope it helps
