Random crashes

at random times in the game why does it freeze up? is it most likely something to do with my video card?

Hey i get the same thing.What card do you have.By the way does this freezing thing ever happen when you're on the internet.....OR TO ANYONE OUT THERE!!!

I have a Riva TNT 2 card as well. The game has worked well so far until I tried to enter the groggery on Jumbalya Island. It crashes to the desktop everytime! I switched video modes- disabled programs...everything. Man..this game is bugged.
