View Full Version : Invisible Raft

On Lucre island, I got stuck trying to get the termites on Ozzie's walking stick. Wandering about, I tried returning to the the peg-nosed pirate's house. When Guybrush got off the raft, something happened in the programming, and the Guybrush images always act as though he is still on the raft! You can still walk about properly, but Guybrush 'floats' above the ground, his feet not moving, moving his hands as though still holding the pole.

I have already installed the patch (after my last problem), and have tried saving and exiting, sword fighting, using inventory etc. but nothing unsticks Guybrush. Any ideas on how to fix this 'undocumented feature'?

Yeah. Don't worry. It fixed itself after a cut scene to act 2. Still strange though. I'm keeping the save game...

Thxs for the suggestion.

Seems to be a memory problem.
Insert CD #1 and open the folder "Install". Double click on the file Monkey.rtf and read the info about problems.
