LeChucks voodoo-doll

I need some help.
I've beaten the game many times but that was a LONG time ago, so now I don't remember what to do.
I'm in the end of the game, I have the voodoo doll of Lechuck, but I can't use it on him.
I don't remember having any problem with it before but its truly impossible.
Is there some voodoo pins witch i don't have or should I just use the doll with Lechuck when he enters the room, I can't remember

If I remember correctly there is a syringe but I think you rip off the arm to actually beat him.

if the voodoo doll is complet, u shuld use it when Lechuck enter in room.

In the medical room at the furthest right (where your dead 'parents' are), open the drawer and get the hypodermic needle. This can be used on the voodoo doll. Use it when LeChuck enters the same room as you...
