Greetings, O Great Greetz. I agree...I think.

You can shoot the walkers if you want, but it takes lots and lots of laser hits.

Imladil, I have a question how come you have 806 posts and are only a Flight Leader and I saw someone else that only had 400 something and was a Supreme Allied Commander? Whats up with that? http://www.roguesquadron.net/forums/confused.gif

Gentlebeings, I would suggest a few guidelines for forum posting etiquette;

1: Say something. Even if you have nothing to say and that is what you're saying...fine. Just say something. Saying nothing just makes for an empty online reading experience.

2: Be nice or be playful. Never be mean, even in self defense.

3: Never use a signature longer than your post. If the post is short...no signature.

4: Use the smilies to communicate, not just to be cute. They're useful in replacing the tone of voice and body language communication that we lose over the Internet, and can help you be understood if used properly. http://www.roguesquadron.net/forums/tongue.gif

5: Send Imladil ten dollars in an stamped envelope to p.o. box...

I don't think you get it. This is a 800-POUND, 11 YEAR OLD KID! Not an 18-wheeler. He is scary.

Well I enjoy talkin to myself. So let my Master explain it for me.

The Master
05-08-2000, 09:22 PM
Okay, let me try to explain this to all of you who are wondering what we are talking about. Me and my Apprentice know a real fat boy named Kyle Wheeler (that is his real name). He weighs a whole lot, when we said 800-pounds, we are not kidding. He is only 11 years of age. He has only 2 friends that I know of. They are only 1/8 of his size. He smashes them into walls, sits on them, and other ways of hurting them for fun (I'm not his friend). His friends are well, lets just say they have mental problems. It is the same for Kyle, he has extreme mental problems. If you try to hurt him I doubt it would hurt much. I have tried to punch him, he didn't even flinch.
So there you are. All this I just told you IS TRUE! I garentee it! My Apprentice will even confirm this for me! Ii am not kidding! Just hope you don't come in contact with you or else you are doomed!
Then their is big head, but that is an entire different story.

Imladil
05-09-2000, 04:35 AM
Well, maybe this Wheeler kid is only being mean to other kids because he's tired of being made fun of. I know how cruel children can be, so I can just assume that he's taken his share of the teasing. I realize that this teasing probably happened when he was very young, so you guys probably aren't to blame...but he's still hurting inside, and it's just human nature to take that out on the people around you (some adults don't even get that one.)

I'm not saying that it's okay to be a bully. Obviously, the kind of punishment you're describing is very wrong, no matter what the circumstances. Unfortunately, fighting him back won't help him with his problems...just keep him from attacking you. But keeping him from attacking you saves just yourself--wouldn't you rather be a hero, and save Wheeler as well? http://www.roguesquadron.net/forums/wink.gif

There's a different way to approach this. Try getting to know him, maybe find an interest in common. Maybe you like the same video games. When I made friends with one of my bullies in school, he wound up keeping other bullies from picking on me...so it could pay off in the long run. Making friends with someone who carries a lot of anger can be hard, since they tend to carry it around them as a shield and use it to keep others from getting too close. Just realize that his anger is actually fear, and it will give you the understanding necessary to breach the distance. By seeing anger and recognizing it as fear, you can take enmity and turn it to compassion.

Oh, wow! Was I just preaching...? Nevermind. I'm sure your problems with Wheeler will work out just fine without my interference.

http://www.roguesquadron.net/forums/biggrin.gif Adios.

Don't give in to anger.

The Master

Wait a moment, you didn't hear the Entire story! I don't go around picking on him! He comes up to you and like pushes you or hits you for no reason. I don't like picking on people, but when you are continuly getting pushed around by a kid that is just plain annoying you have to defend yourself. Plus he alwats follows me around when I tell him to go away. I am a polite person, but you just can't help it. You have to defend yourself in a non violent way!

Imladil
05-11-2000, 05:27 AM
I understand. He's a bigger, meaner kid...a bully. They are a phenomenon I see all the time...

I didn't mean to offend you, The Master, or butt in with an unsolicited opinion. http://www.roguesquadron.net/forums/wink.gif I will get OFF MY HIGH HORSE now and mind my own business.

Have you tried reasoning with a baseball bat?
