I'm only 14, sorry if any of you get mad or anything I don't try to, are you all like 30 or somethin? And deathbolt I know what ya mean on the whole game thing, but this could be totally different although guns should be similar sabers should be far different than anything any of us are use to. Well see you all later, I just felt like posting since I'm at school.

I'm not old, unless 23 is old in your book. I'm still in college at DeVry.

Although... since JK2 was announced I have felt like a teenager again.:D

Yes, we are all old. I have made 27 trips around the sun also. To a 14 yr old 23 is ancient, right?

Geez... I'm already 23 and feel myself too old when standing in the group of those teenagers who are talking about same subject: Star Wars. A little revelation: I don't remember when I first saw these movies, but in those early years they didn't somehow get me as excited as they do now. It took me some time and effort to understand whole "idea" behind them, to do some background work with Joseph Campbell's book, watching movies again and again; John Williams has been me favorite from very early on, but at first because of Indiana Jones movies, my another all time favorite. It all really began when Special Editions came to theaters and now after these recent years, after TPM and while waiting for AOTC, I have been wondering, if I had enough courage(or money) to buy lightsaber hilt from somewhere or start to wear Jedi clothes while at home... :D

I'm a finely aged Jedi master at 35 ...

... but I can still break out a can of whoop-ass when needed (just ask the Nazi's in RtCW - oh, wait - they're all dead!)

Haven't seen yoink in a while.

Yoink was always my favorite.

I'm 17. I know we have some older members. Wilhuf has a link or something that claims that PC gamers are more likely to be in their twenties or thirties rather than in their teens. Or something like that.

Ditto that!

I had no idea that so many of you were so old

Over 20 = Getting on a bit,
Over 30 = Aren't you in a care home yet? ;),
Over 40 = Museum piece. :D

[comforting words]
but that's only from my perspective, I suppose... ;) :p

Hey, don't be sorry, you're right. ;)
That's why these are one of the best forums on the net, IMHO.

34 summers here (but I'll catch up to txa1265 in June :D ). I know of a few gamers (not on these forums) who are over 50...so for all you young uns, just think of all the great years of gaming ahead of you.

Holy Crap!!! Day after tomorrow, (the 13th) I'll be 18! Oh god! I'm not ready for this! I don't want to grow up! I know, I-I'll go to never land. That's what I'll do. Ha Ha. Weeeeeeeeee. *passes out* :D

Seriously, on the 13th, I'm 18, so have your gifts ready at my door that morning. It may be tough to find one, because, what would you get for the best player of SP Jedi Knight. I mean, really, that's like gift buying for a king. An 18 year old king at that, so good luck. :D

ROFLMAO

Here's a tough 1 for ya..............

I was 7years old when ANH was released in the UK....

I honestly believe that the wide, age range of fans of Star Wars and it's spin-off's, like JK and JK II are the main reason for it's continued success, even my 4 year old nice loves it :)

I have a bold idea...................

Shouldn't we mark the release of this game with an interactive meeting, with all nations. We could use Irc.
I have already met 1 or 2 of u guys over the net but i think it would be great to speak to u all before we lock in combat.

Any thoughts ?

Sounds like I'm on the low end--15. But you don't really sound that old since I'm REALLY young for my generation in my family. My mom was 40 when I was born, and I have two older brothers at 24 and 28, so I'm used to having intelligent conversations as friends with people in their 20's and 30's. Heck, one of my cousins even has a kid older than I am :)
