I can think of three things to do with murray but i dont know if theyd count as easter eggs!:D

I think this is an Easter Egg:
1.Grab the duck on Lucre Island
2.Use the duck and he should quack
3. Keep using him and something different happens!

It's not really too amazing, but I think it's an easter egg. I can tell you what happens if you want
