Hmm.... That seems a particularly rash statement Scav. I dont know what your experience is with Japan or the Japanese, but I find it hard to assume that they are all sick and twisted.

The "Happa Tai" is actually just a run on gag from a sketch comedy series not unlike those of SNL or Kids in the Hall.

Just as SNL goes too far with it's characters by making crappy movies with them, they tend to over do things sometimes.
